We believe in enhancing the quality of life. We believe that everyone has the right and the need to enjoy their lives to the best of their abilities. Sadly, in most cases, that balance has fallen by the wayside more and more as the years have passed and the economy has tightened. Individuals have had to spend less and less time with their families, while spending more and more time at the office. The constant struggles of both employees and employers trying to cut costs and make enough money to stay afloat is a real reality.
While mothers are at work worried about their babies at home and owners are worried that they may have to downsize and/or layoff people due to the lack of finances to keep them on the books any longer. We have been there. We have been the employers and the employees. We have had families and had to work when we really wanted to be home with them. |
It's not just families as well. We also have disabled Americans that have the heavy burdens of finding jobs and hoping that the employers have accessibility for their individual needs, not to mention their struggles in getting to the office everyday. Some of these people became disabled serving our country to protect the freedoms that we blindly enjoy every day of our lives.
Having a disability does not make them less valuable to the work force, it just makes things slightly more complicated for some employers. We want to be able to take away the complication and be able to provide these individuals with the ability to be at home, be self sufficient, productive and grow their quality of life. They deserve the right to work and provide for themselves and their families, just like any of us do. |
