Complete Background check

We run full and complete background checks on all of our employees to ensure that their background is clear of any criminal or unethical conducts.  We verify education, past employment, credit history, etc...  We also do personality and work ethics testing to ensure our employees will be the most dependable and reliable candidates for the work assigned to them.  We do the work, so you don't have too.

Skills Testing and training

Besides doing work ethic and personality testing, we also conduct software and skills testing to ensure that all of our employees are well skilled in the tasks assigned to them.  We also provide our employee's with unlimited online skills training, so they may expand their knowledge on any aspects or fields that they are interested learning further in.  We believe in our staff and want to assist them in their growth as well as providing our clients with the best talented individuals to handle any tasks required.

Security Clearances Available

We have confidentiality agreements with each of our employees to ensure that all work performed for your company remains confidential at all times.  For government related work or for tasks that require higher levels of security, we do have talented individuals that have security clearances of varying levels and/or individuals that are qualified to obtain security clearances if needed*.

COMPUTER VIRUS AND MALWARE PROTECTION

We provide, update and maintain high levels of virus, malware, and firewall protection software on all of the systems and devices we use to ensure that the work we do does not have any outside threats.  This is to protect our work and our clients from any hacking, virus or other internet or digital threats.  Rest assured that we always have your best interests in mind and we protect everything we do on our end to ensure you are protected as well.

NETWORK AND INTERNET CONNECTION PROTECTION

We only use remote connection types that are 100% secured.  Depending on the systems used by your company and the way that is best for our employees to connect and provide service, we may be connecting using a secured VPN, through a secured remote desktop, or through a 3rd party remote connection system that is secured by a 256 bit encryption.  In some cases no remote connections are needed and we provide the work on our own network and send the information to you using other secured methods.

CLOUD SYSTEM PROTECTION

All 3rd party cloud based systems that we use and/or recommend to our clients are all 256 bit encrypted, have backup systems in place and built in security levels for all user accounts.  Most also include the option of a two step user authentication process to ensure that no one but those that are authorized have the ability to access your company information.
